Site Prep

Survey and flag your location

What happens:

  • A surveyor maps the fiber’s path at your location.
  • The team flags the path for DigSafe.
  • DigSafe verifies that there are no obstructions in the way (like a septic field, or electrical lines).

Don't need to be home

Outside Install

Trench and  install drop 

What happens:

  • Conduit contractor trenches along the flagged path.
  • Contractor installs conduit.
  • Contractor installs a pull string.
  • Contractor installs fiber.
  • Our team installs a small box on your house, like the one for your phone and attaches the fiber.

Indoor Install

Install & activate your network

18+ Must be home

What happens:

  • Watch for a call or email to schedule a convenient time.
  • A technician drills a small hole to feed fiber from outside to inside.
  • The technician installs and sets up the indoor equipment (ONT). 
  • Congratulations, you have great, local fiber internet!

  • We run fiber to your building & securely attach it, which may include adding a small pipe, called a “mast” to strengthen the attachment.
  • We install a small box on your house, like the one for your phone, and attach the fiber.
