In the next few weeks, you’ll get an upgrade email from us with your transition date and some steps you can take to prepare. There’s no added cost for this upgrade – just better service.
New Portal
If you started ECFiber phone service on or after March 1, 2026 or have received an upgrade email, please use the New Portal.
Legacy Portal
Existing customers who haven’t been upgraded, please continue to use the Legacy Portal. It will be available until everyone has been ported.
