Outage June 4th, 2026

6/5/2026 11:00AM – Service restored

The outage started as a result of a grid power outage/surge that blew some breakers which caused one of our main core routers to lose configuration information vital for proper network operation. Once our network operations team was able to isolate the issue, they were able to restore the missing configuration files which restored proper operation of the network.

Network should be restored. If you’re still having issues, it may be because your router or ONT didn’t restart correctly when power came back on. Please try:

– Press the Red Reset button on Battery Backup
– Unplug and Replug the router

Some customers are reporting being unable to hear customer support – this is due to the sheer volume of calls causing so many alert beeps on the line that only part of the actual call’s sound is getting through. We’ve had over 5000 calls since 6:00 AM
