Speed Change Policy

  • Any speed change will be for a minimum of one month.
  • There will be no charge for the first speed change during a calendar year.
  • Any speed changes beyond this limit will be charged the fee for a remote install, currently $49.50 as of May 2024

If the change is being made due to some economic hardship or other over-riding factor, we can consider waivers on a case-by-case basis. The General Manager of the Operator will make the final decision, which shall not be subject to review by the District Governing Board.
