Since the economic downturn, there has been very little to report. At the very time Lehman Brothers went under last fall, we were about ready to go to market with public offering of shares in a capital lease. The credit markets froze, and our underwriter, Oppenheimer, advised us not to go to market.

That's not by any means the end of the story. We've been extremely busy exploring all of our funding options. At this point, they've come together somewhat. We have been working with the state as well as directly with representatives of the federal government to examine our options and be ready to go in any direction that seems most likely to bear fruit. There are several funding initiatives that we are currently pursuing.

We will post any updates on our financing work here as we can release that information to the public.

The monthly Governing Board meetings are open to the public and are a very good place to get the most up-to-date information. Meeting dates are listed above.
